The Idea Hotel San Biagio is a four star hotel located at the foot of S. Biagio hill at the outskirts of Genoa. Green areas planning has been entrusted to the Florentine studio Pozzoli. As a result palms, pittosporums and acacias surround the red for-floor hotel. Thanks to a crystal wall, the spacious hall awash in natural light, is a perfect place to welcome our guests. With its 120 comfortable rooms, the congress center provided with 3 rooms, the lounge bar “La Terrazza” and the restaurant a-la cart “Al Secco” opened to the public, the Hotel S. The hotel offers 120 classic and superior soundproof rooms distributed on four floors and provided with comfortable sommier beds (king size or single 100cm x 200cm), high quality mattresses, pillows and precious bed linen. Our soft duvets guarantee high comfort levels and a perfect hygiene. Each room measures at least 18 sq and is provided with a writing table with desk lamp, ADSL free internet connection, pay-Per-View Movies, mini fridge, 2 doors wardrobe, safe and direct-line phone. Each room provides private bathroom with bathtub or shower and bidet. An adjustable heated towel rack guarantees always the ideal temperature. And if you should forget something our fragrant courtesy set will be at your disposal. Our superior rooms offer a useful coffee corner, parquet, courtesy set and precious bed & bath linen. According to ANGLAT the Idea Hotel Genoa San Biagio features also 6 exceptionally well adapted rooms for clients with reduced mobility. Multiple or communicating rooms are the best solution for families although sometimes a third bed and baby cots can be added. Children up to 18 years old will benefit from free accommodation if they share the room with their parents. The restaurant “Al Serro” that bears the name of the surrounding area, an indication of the strong link between territory and its products, serves only high quality selected ingredients. You will taste the internationally renowned homemade “Pesto alla genovese” on a traditional kind of pasta called “Trofie di Recco”. Of course you will find also olive oil and onions “focaccia”, traditional dishes, a selection of meat and fish, fresh vegetables and our desserts matching with wines and spirits. Our wine list will satisfy the most demanding palate with a selection of local wines such as Vermentino, Piagiato and Rossese. You will find also national wines such as Barolo and Brunello as well as the famous Champagne.
