If cancelled up to 10.00 (09.00 GTM) one day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

From Leonardo da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino): take A91 Fiumicino-Roma (pay toll) in the direction of Rome. Follow the signs for Raccordo Anulare (GRA) and continue for 10km. Take the exit 26 ( Via Pontina) and continue onto Via Pontina until you reach the exit Pomezia-Castelli Romani. Alternatively, you can take a taxi (60.00 euro).
From Roma Ciampino Airport: take Via Appia Nuova and follow the signs for SS207 Via Nettunese. Continue onto Via Nettunese and turn in SP101 Via del Mare and continue in the direction of Pomezia for 10km. Alternatively, you can take a taxi. (40.00euro).
Public Transportation
Take a taxi at Santa Palomba Station (15.00 euro).
Events:
Assunta’s feast: it is held on 15th August with an evening boats parade and a Mass on the beach in Torvaianica,a small town a few kilometers from Pomezia. Every year, thousands of people come here to join this touching event. Infiorata di Genzano (20km): The Infiorata is a community affair dating back to 1778. Flower petals are used to create amazing works of art in the streets or in abbeys, a really beautiful sight. The date for the infiorata is usually Corpus Domini (Corpus Christi), a holiday celebrated nine weeks after Easter.
The "Sagra dell'uva di Marino" ( The grape and wine feast)25km: it is a well-known traditional feast, that occurs every first Sunday of October in Marino, a small city near Pomezia. It had been celebrated in 1925 for the first time, by the poet Leone Ciprelli, and since then it is celebrated every year. In the same day is commemorated the victory of the Saint Alliance against the Octoman Empire in the battle of Lepanto (7th October in 1571).

Pomezia a cultural and historical city: it is located close to Rome, Castelli Romani and the coast. From the Idea Hotel Pomezia you can easily head out to discover Castelli Romani’s area with its medieval villages and beautiful volcanic lakes. Don’t miss Capocotta’s area (close to the presidential residence of Castelporziano) with its sand dunes and maquis. You will also have a lot of fun in the huge Zoomarine water park: 34 hectares where you will have close encounters with porpoises and water birds.
